We check you're ready to drive (licence, Uber or DiDi account) and tell you which cars are free.
Create your account in the Plenum driver portal, upload your licence, pick your car and sign on screen.
Pay your bond and first week, collect the keys in Kotara and start driving. Often the same day.
After that, weekly rent comes out by direct debit, or you pay by bank transfer.

Ask about the Getz"By age" means the car is 15 years old or less, inside Uber's and DiDi's NSW age limit. Every car must also pass a pink slip and the app's own checks. We'll confirm which apps a car suits before you book.

Got an overseas licence? Change to a NSW licence as soon as you can. If you've driven for 3+ years overseas, you may get a full NSW licence straight away. You can drive Uber or DiDi once you've had it for 12 months. Send us an enquiry now and we'll keep you posted.

Ask on WhatsAppYes, if the car is new enough. Uber and DiDi take cars 15 years old or less in NSW, and about half our cars qualify. Each car above shows what it suits. Tell us which app you drive for and we'll match you to the right car.
A full Australian licence (not P plates) held for at least 12 months in the last 4 years, the PT code on your licence (apply at Service NSW), the right to work in Australia, and an Uber or DiDi account (or one on the way). Uber needs you to be 21 or older. DiDi also needs an ABN, GST registration and a recent police check.
A refundable bond of 2 weeks' rent plus your first week's rent. For example, a $165/week car is $495 to start ($330 bond + $165 first week). Prices include GST.
By direct debit, or by bank transfer. Rent is paid weekly in advance.

Yes, rent includes comprehensive insurance, and it covers Uber and DiDi use. If you have an accident that's your fault, you pay the excess plus 2 weeks' rent. The excess depends on the car, and we'll tell you the exact amount before you sign. Fines, tolls and any damage not covered by insurance are paid by the driver.
We agree a minimum term with you before you sign, and it's written in your agreement. After that, give us one week's notice and return the car. If you return it before the minimum term ends, you lose your bond.

No, not for Uber or DiDi. NSW only counts time on a full Australian licence. Your 12 months start when you get a full NSW licence, even if you've driven for years overseas. So change your licence early, and send us an enquiry so we can keep you posted.
Yes, if you meet the licence rules above and your visa lets you work. Student visas usually allow up to 48 hours' work a fortnight during semester, with no limit in breaks. Check your conditions on VEVO.
1–3 business days after you return the car at the end of your agreement, minus any unpaid rent, tolls, fines or damage. If you return the car before the minimum term ends, the bond isn't refunded.
Often the same day. If a car is free and your documents are ready: WhatsApp us, we check you're ready, you book and sign online, pay your bond and first week, and pick up in Kotara. Uber or DiDi also need to approve the car on your account. DiDi says its reviews take up to 3 business days.
Yes. Our older cars (2006–2010) are too old for Uber and DiDi but suit delivery and personal use. You'll still need a licence that meets our checks.
